01. HOW TO RETURN?
If an item does not fit or if you don’tt like it then you can always return the item. You can return your package free of charge via a PostNL service under the entry 'MENATWORK. For this, no return sticker is required, it will be created by the service.
You can also return your parcel at a Men at Work store in your area.
There are a number of conditions:
- reclaim your money must be done within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns that arrive later will not be processed.
- The original price tag must still be attached to the article.
- Returns shoes are accepted only if the shoe is packed in its original shipping box. Taped shoeboxes will not be accepted.
- Enclose the original return form. On this form you can specify taht you want your money back. Belgium customers must use a enclosed return sticker to send the package. If you have not received a return form or have misplaced it, you can download the withdrawal form and it send along with the items returned. This form can be found in the conditions of sale.
- The package can returned at a PostNL service point or in one of our stores.
- Keep your proof of send, which you receive when returning a package at PostNL
- Note: in stores you can only issue the return package. You will not receive cash. This will be refunded to your account or, in the case of a giro payment, the claim will be adjusted.
Returns are at risk of the buyer. This means that menatwork.nl is not liable for damage or loss of items returned.
02. WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS?
You can return your package for free through a PostNL service point or in one of our stores. You can send the package to the following adresse:

03. I HAVE RETURNED ITEMS, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Registered customers get free shipping on orders over € 100,-. When the order amount after returning is less than € 100, - , shipping costs will be charged.
04. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT PAID RETURN?
If receive money for returning an order this will be transferred about a week after we received your return order. Exceptions: Round busy periods such as the goldmember days or holidays it may incur the handling of your returned order delay.
05. HOW DO I RETURN GOODS FROM BELGIUM?
Returns from Belgium can deliver the package at a PostNL service or at one of our stores. Use an enclosed return sticker to send the package.
06. CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Action and discounted products purchased through the online store can be returned within 14 days with the price tag attached. The products may not be worn.
07. CAN I KEEP THE GIVEAWAYS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM?
If you receive a free giveaway during action when buying a specific item and your return this specific item, the free giveaway should also be returned. If in that case the free giveaway has not been returned a fee will be charged.
