01. How do i know if my order was placed right?

After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Didn't receive an order confirmation mail? Please contact our Customer Service via webshop@menatworkwebshop.eu or by calling 076-5333400.

02. Are there any shipping costs?

Registered customers don’t pay shipping costs when the order is over €100,-. Not a registered customer yet? Create an account! Non-registered customers have to pay €3,95 for shipping.
You can also choose to collect your order in one of our stores for free.

03. A specific size is not in stock on the webshop, can I still purchase this item??

When a specific size is not in stock on the webshop, it means this size is temporarily not available and therefore not purchasable. It’s possible that the size will be restocked, so it’s advised to check later on, or you can visit your nearest Men at Work store.

04. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel your order, because orders are automatically processed in our system. After receiving your order, you can always return the order for free. If you want an item in a different size or color, you can also exchange the article (if available).

05. Can I track my order?

The moment your order is shipped, you will receive (via email) a Track & Trace code. With this code you will be able to view the status of your order on the website of DHL Parcel or Belgium DPD.

We only use your information to make shopping as fun and easy as possible and to inform you about the latest fashion items and best offers.

08. How does the order process work?

When you placed your items in the shopping cart click on checkout. If you’re already a registered customer, please log in with your email address and password. After that you will be automatically redirected to the checkout. It is also possible to register via Facebook.
Don’t have an account yet? Create one or choose to place your order as a guest.

  • a. Shopping basket
    When you're done shopping, you can go to your shoppingbag for an overview of your order. Also, coupon codes can be used here.

  • b. Shipping
    Choose your desired shipment method (home delivery or pick up at one of our stores).

  • c. Checkout
    Choose from one of the payment methods and proceed to the payment page.

  • d. Order confirmation
    After paying for your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This overview is provided with an order number.

  • e. Send confirmation
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your shipment online.

If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, we'll ship your entire order when it’s complete.
